How payment works
With Swiss insurance, show your insurance card. Depending on the provider and your policy, the clinic may bill the insurer or you may receive/pay a bill; deductible and co-payment still apply. Without an insurance card, Medbase HB asks for direct payment. Sihlquai also accepts self-paying patients and notes that weekend/evening surcharges can apply.
